I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Cambridge. The representative who greeted me was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome from the start. The decor of the apartment was tastefully done and everything was clean and tidy. The location was great, with a convenient supermarket just around the corner and a pub across the road. Plus, there were plenty of takeaways on the same street, perfect for a quick meal. I even walked into the city centre and found it to be a good distance both ways. it was a fabulous place to stay.

The plumbing in the apartment was a letdown. Every time I turned on the taps or flushed the toilet, there was a horrendous noise that made it difficult to relax in the shower.
